Responsibilities

3. Understand requirements, break them down, and provide time estimation, considering input from diverse team members.
4. Plan tasks for self and team members, ensuring equitable workload distribution and timely delivery on planned timelines.
5. Oversee release planning and deployments in SIT, QA, and Production, prioritizing quality and inclusivity.
6. Mentor and coach team members to foster skill development and encourage diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.
7. Troubleshoot code-level problems quickly and efficiently, valuing diverse problem-solving approaches.
