What you’ll do:

· Lead and mentor a talented engineering team building scalable enterprise platforms

· Architect and deliver microservice-based, cloud-native banking solutions

· Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure performance, security, and reliability

· Drive best practices in design, coding, CI/CD, and agile delivery

What we’re looking for:

· 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a lead role
