Softgoods Supervisor (Full-Time)

About This Role

Hourly Rate: $20.60; Annual Bonus: Store Bonus Plan, 10%.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a high level of customer service in assigned departments (cash, softgoods, hardgoods or grocery)
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations
• Training and communicating policies and procedures to department Associates on a daily basis
• Handling SKU, pricing issues, printing signs, labels, and operating the RF unit
• Completing ordering and replenishment of merchandise
• Supervising a team within the assigned departments while ensuring cross‑functional collaboration
• Ensuring execution of the GT System (policies, procedures, standards) by all Associates
• Taking appropriate action and providing recommendations based on analysis of the assigned area
• Leading merchandising activities
