Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Soft Services Coordinator to take ownership of facility operations at one of the most ambitious urban development projects in Southern Attica. If you thrive in dynamic environments, lead by example, and take pride in delivering excellence — this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of cleaning and hygiene standards across indoor and outdoor areas
Lead, manage, and develop cleaning staff and subcontractors to perform at their best
Handle client service requests and issues with professionalism and speed
Plan and monitor scheduled programs for cleaning, landscaping, and pest control
Act as the primary point of contact between on-site operations and client expectations
Requirements
Availability to work 5 days/week on a rotating shift schedule, including 2 weekends per month
