Socks Machine Programmer/Operator

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College level with at least 5 years experience in the manufacturing/garments industry.
• Computer literate, proficient in English and Filipino languages
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control
• He/she must be well-versed in different socks machines especially Lonati Machines
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, technical and electronic components of Socks Machines

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as required to keep the machines in optimal working conditions.
• Configure and program the socks machines according to product specifications, including selecting appropriate yarn, machine settings and patterns.
• Monitor the machine during production runs, ensuring they run smoothly, identifying and addressing any malfunctions and making adjustments to the machines as necessary to maintain productio...
