Socio-Emotional Counsellor - Centre for Student Support & Int'l Relations

You will play a crucial role in supporting the socio‑emotional well‑being and holistic development of students at Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP). As an Socio‑Emotional (SE) Counsellor, you will provide professional counselling services, early identification and intervention for at‑risk students and crisis management support within a school‑based setting. You will work closely with academic staff, Personal Mentors (PEMs), parents and external partners to ensure coordinated care and timely support for students facing personal, psychological, and/or academic‑related challenges.

In addition, you will design and deliver psychoeducational programmes, contribute to institutional mental health initiatives, and support the strengthening of NYP’s ecosystem of care.
