The primary purpose of this position is: Serves as the installation clinical social worker at the Wing or equivalent for True North. Responsibilities Designs, develops, maintains, implements, and evaluates True North embedded mental health clinical social work service programs. Conducts intake evaluations and psycho-diagnostic assessments. Provides evidence-based psychotherapy. Provides psychological consultation, education, and training to other mental health professionals, medical staff, military commanders/senior leaders, and other DoD and civilian providers. Observes and participates in wing staff and tenant unit activities in order to identify psychosocial stressors and barriers to optimal human performance.
