• To engage with identified students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration and provide positive mentoring and/or counselling support for students and their families.
• To connect with identified students, build positive relationships and contribute to their holistic development and positive school outcomes.
• To plan and conduct student-centric interventions, including student outreach, learning journeys, home visits and/or family engagement sessions where necessary, customised to students' needs and aligned with the school's efforts.
• To plan and facilitate group-based programmes targeting students with identified social, emotional, or behavioural needs, in consultation with the school's student support team.
• To observe and identify key needs of students and to report such cases to the Student Management Key Personnel and/or School Leaders for further intervention and support.
