Social Worker (37 hours – Temporary 12 month) – Northwich Community Team (Wyvern House)

Applications from newly qualified social workers (non‑progressed / grade 8 post) will also be considered.

• Work with local people to understand their care and support needs and help identify options available to them
• Be pivotal to ensuring people are connected to the support services and community assets they need to live great lives
