**Case Management / Office Support Opportunity**

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with **prior Case Management and/or hospital/medical experience** to join our team!

**Schedule:**

+ Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
+ Weekend rotation: ~every 11th weekend
+ Holiday rotation: ~1 per year

**What We’re Looking For:**

+ Experience in case management, healthcare, or a hospital setting preferred
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and support patient or administrative workflows
