Salary: $65,000.00-$70,000.00/ DOE

Social Worker Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday schedule
• Provide direct support and case management services to assigned clients
• The Social Worker will monitor and improve the patient experience by focusing on quality, timeliness, and continuity of care
• The Social Worker will manage a varied clinical caseload serving all age demographics from pediatric to geriatric populations

Social Worker Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW candidates are highly favored)
• Background in clinic setting is preferred, but not required
