You will be part of an MDT supporting hemodialysis patients with different demographic backgrounds including gender, age, educational level, medical history and psychosocial status.

As part of this opportunity, you will be offered training to support your professional development, clinical and behavioral skills, and work with patients to provide quality care and an enhanced patient experience. You will also have opportunities to contribute to the development of the Social Care function in different projects including research.
