About the Role

We are looking for a Social Worker to provide clinical support to mental health service users experiencing moderate to severe psychiatric illness. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment, intervention and goal‑setting with service users and family/whānau; developing recovery plans; monitoring and discharge planning; case management; individual and group work; education; and providing clinical and cultural knowledge in multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions.
