This is a full‑time position that will travel to different Amana Living sites as needed. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial role in promoting the psychological safety and well‑being of clients / residents and their representatives as the access Amana Living Services. This position provides vital information and support tailored to each individual’s complex care and social circumstances. The Social Worker assists residents and their families in understanding their care needs and navigating the intricacies of care planning, decision‑making and provision of community‑based services. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to empower clients and their families to achieve their goals effectively.
