Social Worker – Family Support and Safeguarding (Central Oxford)

You will manage a caseload of children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs met. Your assessment work will be guided by the Family Support and Safeguarding Workbook modules and a strengths‑based approach. You will prepare and submit written reports—including child protection conference and legal care proceeding reports—and maintain accurate, ICT‑based case records. You will investigate allegations of harm or neglect under s47 Children Act 1989 where required.
