About the Role

• Work within a specialist Exploitation Hub supporting young people at risk of harm outside the home
• Manage a small, focused caseload (maximum 10 cases) to deliver intensive, targeted interventions
• Support children affected by sexual exploitation, criminal exploitation, modern slavery, youth criminality and anti‑social behaviour
• Lead on child‑centred safety planning and risk reduction
• Act as part of a central triage point for referrals across Dudley
• Work closely with partners including Police, Health, Education, Youth Justice and Family Help services
