Job Description

Work with York Limited are working with our York based client, to find an experienced Social Worker Consultant for Practice Development work within their Adult Social Care Services team.
This is a temporary 6-month assignment with a scope to be extended, full time Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available and weekly access to the York office required.

Competitive rate of weekly pay, holiday pay and pension with online timesheets.

The role 
The focus of this role is to ensure high quality practice in accordance with procedures, practice guidance and the Practice Model.

Supporting and training direct case holders across front door, reablement and hospital social work.
