Summary The VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) is part of the Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 - Rocky Mountain Network and serves Veterans throughout Eastern Colorado. ECHCS consists of one inpatient facility, plus eleven Community-Based Outpatient clinics (CBOCs).
