Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join our client’s Child Protection team in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner with strong court work, child protection, and Child in Need (CIN) experience to contribute to a team that prioritises reflective practice, manageable caseloads, and high‑quality supervision.
What will your responsibilities be?
Conduct assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs.

Develop and implement child protection plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams.

Undertake statutory visits and maintain accurate, up-to-date case records.

Intervene in crisis situations to ensure the immediate safety of children.
