Adult Safeguarding Social Worker – Medway Council Medway, Kent £35.00 LTD per hour Locum Contract Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Adult Safeguarding Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Team at Medway Council on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dedicated adult social care team, managing a varied safeguarding caseload and making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults across Medway.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload within the Adult Safeguarding Team.
• Complete high-quality, person-centred, strength-based assessments and interventions.
• Undertake face-to-face visits and promote positive outcomes for adults with care and support needs.
• Work in accordance with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, Human Rights and Equality legislation.
