Job Description
Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Program Director, the Social Worker provides social services, in accordance with Title 22 mandates, to assist participants and their families to solve medical and psychological problems that arise as a result of the participant’s disability.
Essential Duties:

- Respond to inquiry calls from prospective consumers, professionals and community referral resources.
- Conduct initial screening to determine appropriateness of referral.
- Conduct program tours for prospective participants and caregivers, professional referral sources and community members.
