Pay: Up to $3,000 Location: Queenstown Work hours: Monday - Friday, office hours Job Scope Provide support on the administrative and operational running of the department, including managing the counter and related duties Direct work with patients and families including intake interviews and providing necessary assistance and assisting with referrals to facilitate discharge planning Support Medical Social Workers in case management through translation assistance and is providing patient escort and home visit support Participate in work process improvements and quality improvement projects Work with other departments within the hospital and with external organizations to facilitate patient care and experience Supporting the department in programmes and projects
