Social Studies Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Social Science subjects (History, Geography, Civics) to middle school students (Classes VI–X).
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with curriculum guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
Use innovative teaching methods, including activities, discussions, and digital tools.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
Maintain student records, attendance, and academic performance reports.
Encourage critical thinking and awareness of current affairs among students.
Manage classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Participate in school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.

Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Classroom management skills.
Tech-savvy (Smart Boards, MS Office, online teaching tools).
