Our current focus is on the revitalization of the high‑grade, past‐producing Eskay Creek gold‑silver mine. This position is for a Social Performance Specialist reporting to the Social Performance Manager. The role implements Skeena’s Social Management System (SMS) and advances the company’s social performance commitments.

Responsibilities

Management Plan Tracking & Integration

• Maintain a comprehensive register of all Social Affairs management plans, including commitments, regulatory obligations, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Drive implementation of Social Affairs management plans to ensure alignment with Skeena’s SMS and corporate commitments.
• Monitor updates to plans, identify required actions, and communicate expectations to operational teams.
