We're a Hyderabad-based digital agency managing the social media presence of healthcare clinics, education institutes, and D2C brands. Our content team handles the strategy and creative. We need someone who owns the publishing side — scheduling, engagement, analytics — with zero dropped balls.
What you'll do
•
Schedule and publish content for all client accounts using Metricool
•
Manage CGxperts' own LinkedIn and Instagram (posting + community engagement)
•
Respond to comments and DMs across all managed accounts within 24 hours
•
Flag anything that gets unusual engagement — positive or negative — to the team immediately
•
Pull monthly analytics reports from Metricool for each ...
