Old Man’s Bali is one of Canggu’s most iconic venues — and we’re looking for a Head of Social to take our online presence to the next level.

This is a senior, strategy-led role. We already have a full in-house creative team so you won’t be making content from scratch. You’ll be directing it.

What you’ll own:

• Social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and beyond

• Paid advertising — Meta and TikTok campaigns, managing spend and optimising performance

• Organic growth — followers, views, reach and engagement

• Community building — turning our audience into a loyal, engaged community

• Briefing and managing the creative team to deliver content that performs

• Reporting on results and continuously improving
