Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own the digital presence. This dual role combines strategy and content creation. You will plan, produce, publish, and report on social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the monthly content calendar across all platforms
• Define platform-specific growth strategies and set monthly KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, lead referrals)
• Write captions, hashtag sets, CTAs, blogs, newsletters, and LinkedIn articles
• Script, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Repurpose content across platforms (carousels, reels, videos in other formats)...
