Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to be based at our Banyo office on a full time basis.

What you'll do:

• Own Lite n' Easy's social media program end-to-end — growing reach, engagement and audiences across our key platforms, with a clear eye on what that activity is actually driving for the business.
• Plan, manage and execute the social content calendar. That means ideating concepts, writing copy, briefing creative partners, and producing platform-native content that earns attention rather than just occupying space.
• Develop platform-specific strategies that speak to our different audiences and evolve those strategies based on what the data tells you.
• Own our content creator relationships from end to end. Grow the roster, brief and refine concepts with partners, coordinate production and asset management, and handle the back-end administration that keeps it al...
