We are looking for a YouTube Specialist who can build and scale our financial education channel from scratch. This is a full-ownership role from strategy and scripting to production, publishing, and engagement.
The candidate must understand financial content, compliance sensitivity, and YouTube growth mechanics.
This is not just a content role. This is a growth engine role.

Key Responsibilities
1.

Channel Strategy & Positioning
Launch and structure the YouTube channel aligned with financial brand positioning
Define content pillars (Bonds, Fixed Income, Investor Education, Product Explainers)
Conduct keyword research for high-intent finance queries
Identify content gaps from competitors

2. Financial Content Planning & Scripting
Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Write clear, compliant, high-retention scripts
Simplify complex concepts like YTM, credit ratings, risk profiling
