Social Media Content Creator Executive

We are looking for a creative, agile, and self-driven Social Media Content Creator Executive who can bring ideas to life through short-form videos and engaging social content. If you can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish reels independently this role is for you.
This is an on-ground position for someone who understands trends, thinks visually, and can create high-quality content using a smartphone. Key Responsibilities Content Ideation & Concept Development
Generate creative concepts for social content that reflect QV’s brand identity
Plan and script short-form videos, team highlights, office culture content, and event coverage
Identify trending formats suitable for our audience Filming & Production Shoot high-quality videos using a phone (portrait format)
Capture behind-the-scenes moments, interviews, team stories, and office happenings
Coordinate with teams to film relevant content Editing & Post-Production Edit reels using mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot,...
