Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Fresh graduates to 1 year of experience in social media, marketing, or creative production
• Prior experience in retail, F&B, startups, or creative agencies is preferred
• Experience managing content or campaigns on Tik Tok or XiaoHongShu is a bonus
• Excellent understanding of social media management and strategies
• Background in content creation (talent, shooting & editing)
• Proven track record of creating viral content, with a portfolio of successful videos
• Good copywriting skills
• Possess own transport
• Creative & original thinker, with the ability to produce content that is out of the box
• Execution-driven, proactive, and high attention to detail
