Social Media and Content Specialist

Description We are looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist to support a healthcare organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota through a short-term Contract assignment. This 5-week opportunity is expected to average about 32 hours per week and focuses on building engaging social content that strengthens audience connection across digital channels. The ideal candidate brings a strong eye for design, hands-on experience managing social media content, and the ability to balance creativity with day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop, and manage both organic and sponsored social media posts across key digital platforms.
• Use HubSpot to organize content calendars, schedule campaigns, and publish materials in a timely manner.
• Track audience interaction across social channels and respond to trends in engagement and community activity.
• Produce short-form video assets designed for social-first platforms, including formats such as Instagram Reels.
