About the Role
A brand new role to the OMD Create and PHD Drum team - a Social and Innovation Account Director.
This role is responsible for creator marketing, community moderation, owned content strategies and all facets of creativity in social.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic interpretation of briefs and deliver innovative, social-first campaign solutions grounded in audience insight and platform trends
* Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery from ideation through execution, optimisation and post-campaign reporting
* Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients, building strong relationships and confidently presenting strategic and creative recommendations
