Purpose of Role:
The social care Practitioner (SCP) will provide day-to-day personal care and support for the Residents of Delta Centre. The Social Care Practitioner must have the desire and the belief that the person with an intellectual disability has something unique, equal and important to offer society.
Key Tasks:
- Ensure that the life and experience of each Residents reflect the core values of Delta Centre and that all Residents
