About the Role

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Social Care Officers on a permanent basis. We are looking for committed and hardworking Social Care Officers who have experience of working with vulnerable adults with physical disabilities, dementia and older adults. You will need to be motivated and flexible with high professional standards and sound knowledge and experience of Adult Social Care field.
