Job Description

CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a reputable organisation supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will lead and support staff teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services in line with HIQA standards.

Requirements

Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
Experience leading and supervising teams.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Flexibility to participate in evening, weekend, and on-call duties.
