Social and Behavior Change Capacity Strengthening Specialist at FHI 360

The will support the provision of technical assistance and training support to Ghana Health Service Health Promotion Division, sub-awardee grantees, partner organizations and other entities in an array of technical areas including SBC technical competencies, organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, financial management and grant compliance, USG government regulation and agreement adherence, and a variety of health issues (maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH); family planning (FP); nutrition; water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH); malaria prevention, control and case management). He/she will take a lead in assisting grantee partners in carrying out the activity scope outlined in their approved agreement. Work will commence with technical and organizational assessments and subsequent development of a tailored TA and support plan alignment to results of the assessment and proposed needs as defined both by the partner and USAID.
