Purpose of Position:
The Security Operations Center Agent monitors all locations to support store operations, deter loss, identify shrink opportunities, address alarm events, and provide for physical security and safety awareness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as first contact LP support to store leadership for matters related to LP
Assess, prioritize, and respond to incoming calls (theft, incidents, alarms)
Appropriately leverage store personnel to mitigate active malicious behavior and prevent loss
Develop and conduct investigations leveraging all available business resources
Report incidents of loss to appropriate law enforcement agencies
Maintain detailed records of daily activities by location, activity type, and outcome
