Snr Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Program Manager
to lead a global instructional design delivery program for a major technology client. You will serve as the primary liaison between client project leaders in the USA and UK and our distributed team of Instructional Designers across Latin America and Asia.

This role encompasses end-to-end program orchestration, managing high-volume short-cycle tasks and multi-phase projects. You'll oversee intake and triage, prioritization, cross-timezone resource planning, quality validation, SLA management, and executive reporting. Success requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
