- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Technical Drawing (EGD)
- Tertiary qualification - bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field [B.Eng Mech]
- 2-5 Years Experience in the Design and Manufacturing industry
- Experience with SolidWorks
- Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and the costs associated with manufacture
- Understanding of welding, welding procedures, NDT and applicable welding specifications
