You will provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for a team of seven Product Managers, each owning a distinct area of our financial solutions portfolio. This includes setting clear priorities, coaching individuals toward their professional growth, and ensuring the team is aligned and executing against our broader product and business objectives.



You will serve as a key voice in defining how AI is applied across our financial product roadmap — not just as a feature, but as a strategic capability woven into the core user experience. This means working closely with data science, engineering, and domain experts to evaluate where AI creates genuine value for our customers and translating that into actionable product requirements and roadmap commitments.
