Monday- Friday to see ~20 patients daily.
Will be assigned to 3 SNF centers.
CRNP support to take phone calls daily Monday-Friday.
Phone calls to be taken only when the CRNP is off or on vacation during week day.

No week nite calls Monday-Friday

One weekend a month on call only to round in SNF on Sat and Sunday. (you make up your own hours to come and go as you like to only to see 13 to 15 pts each day in the weekend).
No phone calls on weekend.
CRNP will take phone calls.
