Key Responsibilities:
Completing snag lists to a high standard
Minor carpentry repairs and adjustments
Touch-up painting and surface finishing
Light plastering and patchwork
Ensuring all finishes meet client expectations

Requirements:
Valid Safe Pass
Valid Manual Handling Certificate
Proven experience in snagging and finishing work
Skills in carpentry, painting, and plastering
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own tools preferred
