The candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of snacks while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Prepare a variety of snacks such as chips, cutlets, samosas, rolls, pakoras, mixtures, fried snacks, and other specialty snack items. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Handle frying, baking, and bulk snack production. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen/work area. Monitor oil quality and proper usage during frying. Manage stock of raw materials and ingredients. Follow standard recipes and preparation methods. Work efficiently during peak hours and bulk orders.
