SMT Supervisor
Maldon
£35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
An expanding family run, high technology company in Maldon, are looking to recruit a SMT Supervisor to play a key role int the day-to-day running of the company. You will head up the management of staff and will have extensive experience of electronic manufacture including Surface Mount Technology.
Duties:
Liaise closely with account managers to ensure bords are built in an effective way.
Manage the workload and assign tasks to staff 
Ensure staff have the necessary resources to perform their jobs
Ensure staff are following procedures correctly
Provide support and guidance to staff on jobs they're working on.
Be responsible for training and development of staff within the department.
