SMT Sr Engineer

Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a SMT Sr Engineer.
What You’ll Do
Primary Function
Responsible to design, validate and implement SMT manufacturing systems; including process documentation, control and optimization through the life of the product. Routing Management in the ERP system (SAP), implementation of standard work and improve line efficiency and seeks and promotes Cost Out Projects. An Engineer seeks and promotes the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes on current and transfers businesses.
Essential Functions
Supports Production Area, contribute to the SQDCI metrics of the focus factory.
Lead Capital Investment projects to improve productivity, cost savings, replace obsolete equipment and others by following the financial guidelines, working on a project timeline and coordinating all activities for the complete successful implementation of the project.
