The OpportunityWe are seeking a Process Engineer in our Tempe, Arizona manufacturing facility, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining circuit board assembly processes. The ideal candidate is a catalyst for change and improvements and thrives in a career being able to work with, coach, and train multi-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities:-Creation & support of Surface Mount Technology Programming to ensure accuracy of SMT machinery-Complete documentation of production processes (procedures, work instructions, mapping) to create flow and understanding-Drive product & process quality through root cause analysis and the immediate implementation of corrective actions-Understand & apply IPC Standards to all areas of production-Facilitate and support project implementation through cross functional teams-Daily technical support for the production team and ensure machine tools are properly functioning (repair as needed)-Participate in Lean Manufacturin...
