SMT PCBA Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting SMT PCBA manufacturing by improving production processes, troubleshooting engineering issues, conducting process validation, and optimizing SMT equipment to ensure quality and production efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, process standards, and quality requirements
• Improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues
• Monitor production yield and implement corrective actions
• Conduct engineering trials and process validation
• Define stencil specifications and fixture requirements
• Coordinate the setup, qualification, and optimization of SMT equipment, including Screen Printer, SPI, Pick & Place Machines, Reflow Oven, and AOI
