**Job Description**

The SMT Operator will support manufacturing and production activities focused on electronic circuit boards and printed circuit board assemblies. This role involves operating surface-mount technology (SMT) equipment, performing detailed electronic and electromechanical assembly, and conducting visual and microscope-based inspection to ensure products meet IPC–A-610 and J-STD-001 quality standards. The ideal candidate works effectively in a fast-paced, clean, and climate-controlled manufacturing environment while collaborating closely with production teams and management.

+ Perform SMT operations, including setup, operation, and basic adjustment of SMT and related production equipment for electronic assemblies.
