**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator and Setup Technician. This role involves operating and setting up SMT equipment, with opportunities to work on the operations side of the business.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate SMT pick-and-place equipment.
+ Load and verify electronic components and feeders.
+ Run PCB assemblies through SMT production processes.
+ Inspect boards for missing, misplaced, or defective components.
+ Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic equipment adjustments.
+ Work from assembly drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
+ Assist with changeovers and setup for new production runs.
+ Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
